Noelle Lee

M.A., R.SLP, CCC-SLP, S-LP(C)
Registered Speech-Language Pathologist
Director

Throughout her formal education and professional career, Noelle has focused on communication. She holds a teaching diploma in Speech Arts and Drama from the Royal Conservatory of Music, undergraduate degrees in English, Linguistics, and Psychology from the University of Calgary and a graduate degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Washington State University.

Her own challenges while learning English as a second language have helped her understand the frustrations and struggles many people experience when learning to communicate effectively. These experiences have made Noelle passionate about helping each of the individuals she works with to become the best communicator they can be through fun and engaging means. These individuals have including English Language Learners who want to improve their English pronunciation skills (accent modification) and those with autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, global developmental delays, attention deficit (hyperactivity) disorder, various other genetic disorders, and many more.

Despite having over 20 years of experience working with neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals of all ages and abilities in a wide variety of settings, she continuously learns new evidence-based approaches, such as Prompts for Restructuring Oral-Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT) program (Bridging trained), Hanen’s More than Words, and the SOS Approach to Feeding, to further develop her knowledge and skills and ensure that she is providing the best support she can using a client/family centered approach to therapy.

In her spare time, Noelle can be found baking in her kitchen, acting in a community theatre production or travelling the world.
